Hey Guys, 

a few days ago, I created a new passwort and have logged out from the strava app. When I logged in again, my account was empty and all the activities from the last years were gone. 
I requested the strava support but nobody answered or helped me. Do anyone tell me what to do or how long does it take, that strava support answer and help me?

Based on your description, it sounds like you’ve signed into a duplicate account opposed to your original.

Unfortunately, We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub.

However, I can assure that your ticket will be handled by a support agent as soon as possible.
