Hello ​@claireeagle! You should be able to check whether the Strava account you are logged into has an active subscription by navigating to the You tab and tapping on the cogwheel icon to open the Settings page. Towards the top of the Settings page is a line about the Strava subscription. As long as you are logged in to a Strava account with a subscription, you should have access to all of Strava's premium features. 

When you view the map layers available, do you see any of the premium map layers? (Indicated by the orange chevrons)
