No more support tickets, email only?

I have been attempting to resolve an issue with my account for a couple of weeks now. The issue being that the flags I create have no effect on the public information. This happens even when I am flagging my own activities. 

I have contacted Strava support via the support ticket with no results. No I am unable to open support tickets. It’s email only. I am a paid subscriber.

Any suggestions?

Hi ​@Cat.1 e-biker, I believe that in one of your previous posts, I’ve mentioned in a response to you that the response time for Strava tickets is fairly long now (some people mentioned several weeks / about a month), as they’re dealing with a backlog of tickets. It's unfortunate but you probably just need to be patient and wait for them to get back to you. 

(Edit - I’m now not sure if that was in your post as you had several about this topic, sorry if I can’t remember correctly - but indeed the response time is currently that long.)
