Overhaul best efforts

Allow us to exclude activities from best efforts without needing to delete or trim the activity. Very useful if you get a GPS glitch midway

Show current year best efforts, most of us can't match let alone beat our younger self

Agreed! A few of my record efforts are from GPS glitches and I will never be able to beat those times.
