I've created a group challenge, but some people are unable to join without signing up for a free trial. The challenge currently has 9 members, so the participant limit isn’t the issue, and some of the new members haven't used up their 2 free group challenge slots.
Could someone help explain why this is happening and how I can resolve it?

Thanks for your post and sorry for the confusion. We recently made some changes to our Group Challenges.
Group Challenges can only be created by subscribers and athletes with a free trial subscription. Previously, other athletes received three free challenges to create or join. You can read more about this update here:
