Hi, I've been having trouble adjusting the mileage when uploading my treadmill activity.Strava is missing 1.5K, and I want to adjust the distance. How can I change this?

I'm afraid you can’t. There's a feature request though that you can vote for:
(also check the discussion for workarounds suggestions - like creating an extra manual activity to add the missing distance)
