Hi. I’ve been a subscriber since 2020 and have over a hundred maps saved for my cycling. Recently what’s happening is that when I chose a saved map and press ‘Start’ the map expands to full screen and shows my location (with the blue dot) but the orange route line will not show. If I hide the zoomed-in ‘centred’ view and go back to the map the orange line shows but as soon as I go back to the ‘zoomed-in’ view it disappears again. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing but I’ve still got the same issue. So at the moment I can’t use any of my carefully planned routes - very frustrating.

I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro and have the latest IOS 18.6 running (it wasn’t working on the previous IOS version either)

Any ideas?

Hi, I have the same problem on Android. Additionally, the orange line disappears after a while, even if I don't use "zoom in." The orange line disappears whenever I switch to another app. When I return to Strava, the orange navigation line is no longer visible.

Worse still, since these bugs appeared, battery consumption has also skyrocketed.
I think I need to change my navigation app.

 Really very frustrating

I don’t know if this is a related issue but I can’t open maps of my routes in Strava on a MacBook anymore. All looks OK on my Android phone and maps appear in the dashboard but I can create new routes or look at and edit old ones. The elevation profile and other elements are working but I got a message at one point saying the browser does not support Mapbox or something to that effect. Is anyone else having this issue?
