I recently discovered I no longer have a QOM Segment of a 90km cycle recorded with the reason being auto excluded as deemed unlikely when this is not the case. I wanted to make Strava users, subscribers and potential future subscribers aware. With data recording capabilities of Strava there should be a resolution for users who have had their best efforts unfairly excluded reinstated. Strava have created a platform whereby these efforts and challenges can be created and competed to display with pride to have it removed unfairly is shameful especially in instances where users may have only had one opportunity and unable to repeat. Support has repeatedly given above reply where I would implore Strava to facilitate reinstatement or remove auto exclusion and allow easier user reporting facility within community to have actual inaccurate recordings removed from leader boards.Â
