Is there a way to rename routes now ? When I click “edit” I still can’t rename it.

After Edit you can click “Save Route” without changing anything but the route name.

Your question was about “click” something and that means the route builder in the web browser. If you are on your smartphone instead you should choose “tap”. Anyway, renaming your routes without changes works even in IOS if you use “Edit Route”, “Save”, use the pencil button in the route name to change it and then the “Confirm” button.

Sorry for the confusion. When I wrote “click” I was indeed on my computer, then I also tried on my iPhone. You right, on desktop it works fine to rename a route without changing anything else, but on iOS I can’t get it to work: if I don’t modify anything, the “Save route” button stays greyed out and I can’t tap it.

​@Meije3984 What app version do you have? Mine is 428.0.1 and doesn’t have a “Save Route” button, only a “Save” button and that is available without modifying anything.

​@Meije3984 Have you tried selecting your route, three dots, then “edit details”? This lets you change the name and privacy settings without opening the builder. I’m assuming that’s on the iOS app as well as Android.

I’m using the latest version of the app (at least the App Store doesn’t show any update available). It says 428.0.1 on my side too.

My issue is that I cannot rename a route without saving it again — but I can’t save it unless I modify the trace itself. I’ve attached a screenshot to illustrate what I mean.

That ist weird, even though we have the same version my route editor has another layout and buttons:

I don't understand how to explain that! Your version seems much better haha.
