I accidentally split my run in two halves and I would like to replace my two runs with the run of someone I was running with (who recorded the whole thing in one fell swoop). Is that possible?

Replace run I did with someone else I was with that recorded it.

If you can export the two halves in the correct file format you could recombine them with https://www.fitfiletools.com/#/combiner#view
Another option is asking your friend for his activity file and upload that as your own activity.
