(RESOLVED) Heat Map Not Updating

I am having the same issue. My workouts aren't updating on the heatmap either. I have tried the workarounds listed on Strava Community Hub, and none of them have worked.

Was a bit sad to see my activities not appearing! I'm glad I found this post and that it'll be fixed.

Went for a ride yesterday and no matter what I do I cannot get it to show up on my personal heat map. I’ve tried changing the activity type, adjusting the privacy, and other workarounds from this forum and nothing seems to work.

Same here. I just did a 125 miler, new trail, and am not happy to see it omitted from Heat Map. Pictures I took and included in activity do show up but no connecting route

I have same problem. I edited activity and it did not help. 

Also having this issue. Recording with a Garmin 540. Never had issues until this last week. 

Could you please refund the monthly subscription fee as this is part of the paid version. I will transfer the money back as soon as the issue is resolved, thx

 If you have question about your subscription, please submit a help ticket and our support team will take a look at your request. The Community Hub & Strava Support are two different platforms. The Hub is great for general questions and information while our Support team will handle questions that require the member to share personal account information.

no! It also happened with me, all recent activities are not being displayed on my heatmap! I did also try several devices, my laptop and tablet, and reseting the app, but nothing works. I wanna see my heatmap 😭

This is still happening for me. Unlike others though, I don't find this to be a new issue. Rather it is an issue that happens frequently for many activities. Especially when viewing the heat map while creating a route. I've reached out to support and created tickets multiple times without any resolution.

Actually, this is the first time, this happened to me.

When can we expect a bugfix for this issue?

Any news, when the issue will be fixed? Personal heat map is the main reason why I am paying for the premium version. I do not care much for the global heat map or other features. 

I was emailed by Strava support that they expect a fix in next couple of days…. But (as i am working for a tech company) this is the feedback I would also give. Therefor a better answer would be: we have issues with X, hence we are doing Y, followed by testing, so release is expected in a, b or c days… next update in 24 hours.

My walk this morning has not been updated on my heatmap either.
