[Resolved] map screen white out when zooming out.

Strava are REALLY Dragging their heels on this!  I can’t believe that S24 like me (SM-921B) users are being left with this rubbish and incredibly irritating mapping error and barely a sign of an apology never mind money back on our premiums!   Can I request a free premium subscription until this is solved.  Samsung Galaxy S24 running App version 419.12...

    Apologies for the confusion. We can confirm this issue is fixed, there was just a mix up of when the fix will be deployed. We are expecting the update to go out within the next week or two.

    Same issue here. It's been like this for some time now. Maps have gone completely useless and mostly non-visible now. Using Samsung Galaxy A55.

    Hi ​@Bryant and ​@Lola we are now at update 421.6 from July 19, 2025. And it's more than "a week or two" since a solution was announced. The problem still persist.

    Could you at least share with why this only affects S24?

    Is it related to the update of the maps with the large symbols and texts annotations? If that is the case then please consider to revert that update because I don't believe many users appreciate this update.

    Or is it related to Android 15, or OneUI 7? Or the specific Exynos CPU or the Rive library software? Something else? 

    Really appreciate an update!

      It doesn't, it affects A55 and A56 users as much so. We have exactly this issue. But totally agree with your post, it's now almost 20 days ago since the issue was declared ‘fixed but not deployed’.

      IT'S SOLVED!

      Updated again my beta version. It still says 421.6 from July 19 but the map problem is now resolved 😍.

                Yes i also get this weird red glitch but it doesn't bother me as much as the white out did.
