Hi, recent problem. I create a route - either drawing it on the app, or upload a gpx file, hit save and all should be fine. However the app shows (by the saved route count) that the route is created, yet it doesn’t appear in my list of saved routes! Website no better, the newly created route not displayed. Tried website using Chrome, no good. Did all obvious things like logout, delete app, remove cookies. No joy. Any ideas? I have logged a ticket but no idea how long that’ll take. Thanks.
