Hey guys, I am trying to create a route, but automatic mode won't let me use one part of the route and offers detour (that does not make sense). Where does the Strava get the info from, there was a closure in that area some months ago, but it is open right now. thanks

Sometimes the base map that Strava uses gets modified and road types and connections change. I believe Strava updates that map every couple of months. If you see something out of place, click the i in the corner and “improve this map”. The map data is taken from Open Street Map and you’ll have to submit your change through them. But to get around your route creation problem now, you can put down some manual waypoints and carry on.
