I am from Pune - India running, cycling with reasonable distance majorly at weekends. I would like to get information about the diet, workouts to improve stamina and lower down the heart rate. Currently while running it goes up to 170-180. Please suggest. Thanks.

Thanks for posting in the Strava Community Hub! For Strava Subscribers we offer training plans for both running and cycling.
We don't offer any diet/nutrition plans on Strava, but hopefully some other Community members will chime in and recommend any they have found helpful.
