There appears to be a bug in Strava. I am currently showing twice on three separate all time segment leaderboards. One example shown below. I have the CR from 2022, rode the segment again last week and I now show 3rd as well. The CR has also disappeared from my KOM list, with it now showing me in 3rd.
A rider should never appear twice in the leaderboard, only your best effort. I have tried refreshing the segment results with no success. Any ideas and has anyone else had the same problem?
That’s a know bug, to remedy your own results you can use the “Refresh Results” function in the segment page (exists only in the web browser).
Unfortunately that doesn’t work. I have tried it several times to no avail.
Strange, for me that has worked every time and I had this case quite often. Especially annoying was always that my total leaderboard rank was the average of my ranks instead of using the best one. If your multiple ranks in the same leaderboard are indeed for the exact same Strava account then I would suggest to reach out to Strava support.
