I'd like to see a time to distance overlap in my progress overview, for running specifically. By day like in the weekly scale, maybe moving minutes with the distance? For a quick visual. 

I'd like to see that in my progress files, for looking back onto.

Just as a female, information I'm currently collecting is to see what weeks I am strongest and then comparatively weaker requiring rest.

Where does my endurance improvements meet my fatigue limits. 

If I was smarter, I could word this better, but I'm not so I run for fun.

You can see this week over week in the Progress Tab on Mobile. If you move the pointer along the graph you’ll be able to see each weekly period, your distance during that period and the total time spent:
