I recently tried the paid version of Strava for a month and noticed that whilst recording a run the screen displayed the Split Avg Pace as opposed to the Avg Pace for the whole run. After googling it, it turns out this is a feature of premium, however now I'm back to the free version it hasn't changed back to showing Avg Pace. I tend to do longer runs so don't find Split Avg helpful at all whilst running.

Anyone else had this? I've tried making a new, free profile but that still just shows Split Avg whilst recording.

Hi @Callum_C, what device are you using to record your runs? If it's something like an Apple Watch or Garmin, you can use the native app of the watch and then import to Strava. You’d only lose the Live Segments functionality (which is a subscription feature anyway), and get much more customizable options for the screen.

(That's how I do that with my AW - and for my long runs, I’d use a screen with HR, average pace and actual pace, besides of time & distance. And yet different screens for intervals or structured trainings. Syncing to Strava works fine, with one downside - Strava doesn't import running cadence data...)
