I’ve just downloaded the RunStory app, but it’s not syncing my runs? It’s connected to Strava. My Wattbike ride that didn’t sync to Strava, synced to the RunStory app though. Appreciate any help or advice. Thanks.

Hi we solved it via instagram! The issue was the account used to log in to Strava. Should be working now!
