I recently encountered an issue with my Strava account. I followed a large number of athletes in a short period of time, and it seems that Strava flagged this behavior as spam. As a result, my ability to follow other users has been temporarily blocked. I'm a genuine user who simply enjoys connecting with and supporting fellow athletes, not a spammer. If anyone has experienced this before or knows how to resolve it, I would really appreciate your help or advice. Thank you!

Thanks for the response! Is there any way to know how long the block will last or when it will expire? I haven’t received any notification or warning in my account, so I’m not sure how long I need to wait.
