I filed a refund ticket after I was charged for an annual plan following the end of my free subscription. According to the guidelines, I was instructed to cancel the subscription (which I did) and provide proof of the charge, stating that I’m eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

It has now been a week since I submitted the ticket, but I’ve received no response from Strava’s customer service. They have also not replied to my follow-up emails.

Do you know how I can persuade them to issue my refund?

They have a huge backlog, you have to be patient. The process can take up to a month.

I got a reply after two weeks, but still no refund 3 weeks later. Has anyone actually received their refund?
