Hello, I requested for a refund and haven't herd a response from strava. How long does strava customer service usually respond? Strava Ticket #3362426

creating the ticket was the right way, as only Strava Support can handle these requests. Here at the community hub we don't have visibility about the Support response time, but as far as I know they're dealing with a backlog of tickets, and some other users have mentioned that it actually took several weeks to get the response. So unfortunately it takes quite a while. 😕 They’ll get back to you eventually, it just needs some extra patience these days… fingers crossed that it's resolved for you soon!
