Go into your Profile Settings and update your location. Then add your new home/work addresses as privacy zones under Map Visibility if applicable:
You may also update your units of measurement if you wish.

Hi - I had the same issue, I followed the steps above but it still has my region set as Europe/London. This section of my profile is not editable - how do I change to NY - USA?
