Every year we are waitng for the yearly summary, aren't we?

As it was rolled out a few days ago I recognized again that the numbers used in this summary aren't correct.

E.g.: In my profile there are 6.270 km of total cycling distance. The summary says 6.431 km. Also the longest ride stated in the summary 120 km, the profile says 150 km (and I know it was 150 km 😉 😉 )

Where do these deviations come from?

Hi @cy-linder ,

Thanks for posting about this.

Please note that your Year in Sport total distance will include data from all sport types, whereas your profile statistics will show Ride, Run, and Swim totals separately.  That can cause the discrepancy you are noticing.

If things still aren't looking right after taking that into account, please submit a support ticket and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

Hi @Jane11,

thanks for your explanation. That makes sense.
But how about the longest ride? My statistics show the longes ride but the yearly summary not.

Also why is the yearly summary rolled out so early? There some days and miles left this year 🙂
Isn't it possible to create the summary dynamicaly whent its says "loading your data..."?

Cheers
Uli

Hi again,

The Year in Sport report will update automatically as you upload new activities, however, please be aware that the data in the experience may be slightly delayed. If you upload a new activity or get new kudos, it can take up to 24 hours before that data is fully reflected in your Year In Sport.  Full details here.

I'm not sure what could be going on with the longest ride issue.  Please submit a support ticket and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

Ok, already raised this issue.

Thank you!!
