I’m on the second month of paying for a subscription but no subscription is active. I’ve put in multiple tickets but none have been answered. I’ve uninstalled and reinstall the app and I’ve even tried the restore purchase as multiple times.

+26Maybe you bought the subscription for another Strava account. There is sometimes a confusion with using an email address directly to log into Strava and using the same email address to login using a third party service like Apple, Google or similarly.
