All my Strava support request gets marked as solved right away. But I haven’t gotten any help. Why?
If you have an open support request (doesn't matter if it is a totally different issue), then any subsequent request are automatically marked as "solved". You can only have one support request open at a time. It sucks, but you have to wait until that first one is completed before you can submit another one.
