Hello, I was charged although I canceled my free trial. Strava kept on trying to bill me again and again, therefore unathorized. It is also taking a long time to receive an answer about this. I sumbitted the tickets about my concern on why they kept trying to charge me and today they ended up charging me. How long does the wait times usually take?
