Why is there such a chaos in Activities timeline? They seem to be ordered haphazardly. Activities from yesterday are much further on the time axis then from, for example, several days ago. It seems not to make any sense.

you might want to change the Feed Ordering settings from “Personalized” (aka: chaos) to “Latest Activities”:
