Just got the Strava subsciption last month.
I ride an ebike to work and back home about 50km all up.
When i get to work or home i check Strava and find that there are 2 rides on it what ever direction i go .
I get a notification E Bike ride and Bike Ride for the same trip.
How do i delete Bicycle/ bike ride.
At the begining of each trip I select E Bike on the Strava app.

Delete the Bike Ride ...go to the ride then the three dots on the menu bar on the left side click and then click delete. Also check if you are using another app or device to record the ride or if you have connected to another app.

Thanks for posting about this. One thing that could be causing these duplicates on Strava is if in addition to recording an e-bike activity using the Strava App, you're also recording your ride using another device? Can you let me know?
