I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing an issue with the app. After completing my run, I tried to download the transparent photo to share it, but it just keeps loading and never finishes. The image doesn’t appear, and I’m unable to save or share it.

I’ve already tried restarting the app and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists.

Could you please look into this or let me know if there’s a fix? I’d love to be able to share my run using that feature.
