Had a look at the new instant workouts but the intervals / tempo and other runs suggest a pace if ~ 2:30 per kilometer.
My current best effort is 3:23/km.
Why are these target paces so far away of what I could possibly achieve?
I have over 900 running activities on Strava spread over 2 years+ of running. Should Strava not base the suggested paces on my previous experience.
Happy to put a bit of effort in but what Is suggested is not realistic.
Am I missing something?
