I’ve just bought a Subscription via the App on my Apple.

 

It runs for a year.

 

All my family have just started running so I want to upgrade to a Family Plan so we can enjoy the journey together.

 

But, having read you can’t upgrade, I need to cancel my new account and wait a year for it to expire, then sign up to a Family Account? Seems daft…

 

Can I cancel, then use my same account details to sign up a new Family Plan, without loosing my runs so far?

Unless you delete your account, your data will still be there so you won't lose any runs so far.

 

As to cancelling, that would be up to Strava support. You'll need to file a ticket with them to see if it's possible - https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
