I can’t see my rides on the Web (Chrome) for the past few weeks on the personal heatmap, but can see them on the app (Apple 14).

Thanks for your post and sorry to hear of this issue. A couple of things to check:

  1. Please ensure you are signed into the same account on the Mobile App that you’re using on the Web
  2. Please try logging out of the app, closing it completely and then restarting it. Logging out is the key step, so please make sure you do that.
