My weight training activities are tracking, you can see them on feed and and in progress but they are not being added to my weekly goals, this also happens with bike rides. I restarted my phone, cleared the cache from Strava app and then deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted phone again and restarted Apple watch, none of this has helped. This is a new issue that has just started this week. Any ideas from the community?

I am having the exact same issue on my end as well and my setup is exactly the same as well.
Weekly goals are as follows:
- Ride Distance: tracking well, no issues here
- Ride Distance goal is tracking normally under activities and is adding to weekly goal normally
- Weekly Weight Training: set at x3 per week, having issues tracking x/3 value
- The Weight Training is tracking normally under activities but is not adding to weekly goal
