Why Strava stopped managing activities logged under multiple entries?
Even with multiple recording devices (sports watch, bike computer) I’ve always made sure my that my strava activities are logged as one effort, making sure that my ‘actual’ mileage is accurate. If I remember correctly, Strava was monitoring this and flagging duplicate entries, much like how segments are being protected.
But now i see that this is no longer the case, with some profiles posting way too much mileage, only to find out they have multiple entries for a single activity.
With this, i am slowly losing my interest in making this accurate anymore, giving me another reason to unsubscribe and just be one of the free users. Else what’s the point in reporting year end achievements if it’s false.
