Why is a list of my QOM’s impossible to find? Shouldn’t they be listed in my profile?

They are listed there, assuming you have some QOMs 😃
In the app, go to You (bottom menu) > tab Profile > scroll down, tap Segments > tab QOMs/CRs. Alternatively, the same can be found via Maps (bottom menu) > Saved > QOMs/CRs.
On the web interface, there’s a tab QOMs / CRs / Top 10s accessible directly from the profile page.
