Hello,

my friend offered me to join his family strava plan. Unfortunately strava tells me, that I have to live in the same country to join him. In fact we live in the same country, so what can I do to be able to enter the plan? Is there someone from support to check it out?

Hi ​@JakubCh, it seems that for some reason, some users have an incorrect country code saved in their Strava profile, and it needs to be corrected by Strava support - you can submit a request here (though it seems that the response time is now rather longer so it may take a while):
