No more "duplicate of activity" response

Few days ago we encountered weird problem: there is no more "duplicate of activity..." message from server, even when sending the same activity multiple times. I've found this post at forum, which is pretty similar, but we have this problem on different accounts, where it was working before.
 
Were there any changes in API? If not, what could be the problem?
