Activity not showing on mobile app while visible on desktop version of Strava.

I recorded a run today on my Garmin watch and synced it to Strava but I cannot see it on my mobile app. I received a notification on my mobile that it's synced (and it's still there in the notifications), but when I try to access it I see a red note that 'something went wrong'. The run is not visible in the activity feed nor in my activities on mobile app. Yet I can see it in the 'Training Log' on mobile app.

Strangely, everything is fine on the desktop version of Strava.

Any ideas how to fix it? I would appreciate your help.

The something went wrong message usually means there is some kind of connection error when trying to get data from Strava. You could try forcing the app to restart, or restarting your phone just in case there's something wrong there. If it's an issue on Strava's end (like a down server) it will likely be fixed fairly quickly so maybe just check back in a few hours.

Ok, thank you. I've been waiting for half a day, wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer 🙂 I thought this might be a more common problem with activity tracking/file error and someone might know the solution.
