Map and segments not appearing

I recorder a ride this morning on my Edge Explorer 2. It synced fine on Garmin Connect (and a map of the ride is visible both on the device and on Garmin Connect), but no map is showing in Strava and no segments are matched. 

Even more strange is that the activity still shows “Matched Rides” and if I select “Save Route” in the menu, the full map of the ride appears and can be saved as a course!

Any ideas how to fix?
