Add an option to let me allow certain Strava Athletes to view my private notes

It would be great if specific profiles can see my private notes. For example if I want my coach to see, but I don’t want everybody else to see.

• We receive a large number of ideas, and even some very popular ideas will not make it to the implementation stage
• Popular ideas (ideas that get lots of votes) will be regularly surfaced to our Product Teams for review
