Agree - curling is a significant part of my exercise in the winter. It would be great to log it correctly!
I Curl 3-4 times a week in the winter and consume a lot of energy after each game from sweeping and throwing rocks for an 1 1/2 hours. Heart rate is elevated while brushing. Resembles HIIT exercising.
+1 for curling. For many Canadians, it’s a major source of activity/exercise in the winter!
