We should be able to view all of the segments we completed in an activity when viewing from the mobile app.  Currently, we do not see any hidden segments and often some random others don't show up as well.  There is no way to "unhide" those in the mobile app either.  The only way to see all of the segments completed is to pull the activity up on a web browser which is cumbersome when not working from a desktop computer.  Please expand the mobile app such that we at least have the option to unhide and view the missing segments just like we can on the web browser version of the program.

Your suggestion to view all segments or be able to unhide segments from the mobile app has been reviewed by our moderation team and is now open to voting.

This shouldn’t even be a question. Strava is already choosing to hide segments. Please just remove whatever it is that is that’s causing some segments to be hidden.

Any update on this?

Same here! These segments could include ones where I've achieved a top 10 ror even a KOM.
It's quite frustrating to deal with this, as it requires me to switch to a web browser to confirm if these segments are hidden and then manually unhide them.

One more vote for this.

Dear Strava team, your algorithm that decides which segments are hidden is just not working. People want to see more segments because you are hiding the good ones (those containing the whole climb for example). I've done more work illustrating it on this forum and recent Reddit post. Segments are the feature a lot of people buy Strava subscription for and not only it's getting messed up but request to improve are falling on deaf ears. I mean it's difficult to report a clearly not working feature anywhere and it seems there is little attention to those forums.

Hi @anchskier

We wanted to let you know that your idea submission from December of 2022 will be archived. We don’t have any immediate plans to implement this and currently aren’t able to prioritize this idea.  While we know this isn't what you want to hear, we also want to be as transparent as possible.

As stated in our Community Idea Guidelines, we receive many idea submissions each week, and realistically, there may be various reasons that prevent us from including an idea on our Product Roadmap.

Please note that your feedback is valuable to Strava, and you have been a valued member of the Community Hub since it launched nearly two years ago.

We want to thank you for taking the time to submit your idea and we look forward to your continued contributions to the Strava Community.

@Jane - I guess I am confused about the concept of the "Ideas" section.  I seemed to think it was intended for people to propose ideas that were not ones you were already implementing and to suggest ideas that you had not considered.  Am I wrong?  Just because you don't feel like implementing it right now doesn't mean it should be filed away, never to be looked at again.  What is the harm with leaving it out for others to see?  Heck, this idea has nearly 3 times the support of another idea (including walks in runs) that you guys took and ran with despite the overwhelming negative feedback.  You (Strava) created these forums and advertised them as a way for us to provide our ideas to help improve the system, yet you clearly have ZERO intent in paying any attention to it.  You ignore the ideas with huge support.  You implement ones with no support.  You archive or otherwise close discussions on ones you say you just don't feel like doing right now.  This doesn't sound like a forum that you intend to actually use for it's intended purpose.  It increasingly looks like you just created this forum as a way to give a false sense of community and make your customers THINK you are listening to them.

Unfortunately I agree. It's very frustrating.

Segments need work, it's the feature people buy Strava subscription for. Meanwhile stuff like Best Efforts is negative value - it's completely useless for riding a bike (I can see some value for running). You could have just asked anyone who rides a bike if they care about their best 10 mile or 30km ride. They don't because those are not comparable (unlike running).
