Offer a level of subscription that can work for two or more people who are part of the same family. People are unlikely to buy two subscriptions, but might purchase a slightly higher priced one if 2 or more people could use it.

Strava Family Subscription would be extremely great for a family or a small team of 5-7 people to motivate everyone to excercise together. Hope it will soon be available!

Agree. We do a lot of biking and Duathlons as a family. We would love a family subscription offer to continue encouraging my kids and myself!

I run, so does wife, so does son (13). We all use strava. I subscribe - feel it's worthwhile. Wife won't, not worth it for 2 kids (once old enough). But if there was a family/couple plan you'd get more cash from me as I'd pay for them all, and you'd probably hook in my kids for the rest of their lives! Basically that's what spotify managed to do to us and everybody has won.

Considering the cost implications of Strava membership, I believe that a family or club subscription at a discounted rate would be a great option. Only a fraction of my over 200 club members have a Strava-paid subscription, and the same applies to my household, where I am the only one paying. A discounted subscription rate would be a win-win for all parties involved.

Cancelled my premium Strava subscription because it’s too much for just one person, not to mention multiple family members.  I won’t subscribe again until Strava wakes up and adopts a family tiered membership program.  Even considering other fitness app options at this point!  Stop the greed and make Strava family oriented!

Also would love the option of a family plan. Happy to be part of that beta testing!

Could make for fun family competitions, tracking various activities and such. And an end of year family summary!

Exactly it’s a whole year later and they still have not gave this a thought yet I won’t but two separate ones but would do a family plan

Still waiting for this to be implemented (or for individual plans to be significantly reduced in price) before considering Premium.

As a family, we want to support the company and would be happy to pay for Strava in order to do so but we simply can not justify shelling out to the tune of hundreds of pounds a year when the only features we would really use are segment leaderboards and matched runs.

I think the overall point is the individual subscription is too much to begin with. I don’t need a family plan but I also just can’t justify the amount this has gone up to. Is there no other way strava than pricing out decade long members? This used to be a platform we all loved and used constantly, like Facebook or Instagram, they all find ways to have a free service because of the amount of use, give us ads if you have to. You just took away the whole thing from so many. I’d love to see your membership numbers over these years and if this was worth it.

Family sharing with my Mrs would keep us on but if we need to spend £110 to both get it separately for the summer to use then no, not worth it. Cancelling the renewal in March

A few friends and I have been riding together and doing separate routes using a different apps such as Strava, CycleMeter, & Garmin.

We are looking to all move to one app to compete and compare our stats however the lack of a family subscription has resulted us to use CycleMeter.

Stava’s individual subscription rates are just too high and unreasonable for us to use for a friendly competition. However at $15.99 an individual per year with another app is more then reasonable when offers all the same statistics and compatibility as Strava.

Strava’s route planner is a beast to recon with but the lack of a family subscription isn't worn it any one of us to maintain Strava at this time.

Strava celebrates exercise and athletes.  Offering a family plan not only cultivates life-long subscribers,  but it promotes family unity and safety (the beacon texts and ability to follow my kids on runs or bike rides is comforting).

A family plan similar to how spotify structures theirs would be great! Two separate memberships cost way too much. I family plan would allow us to both utilize this great app and its features without breaking the bank.

I'd like to join the long list of users who'd find a family plan one of the best things Strava could implement. 3 of my family became roadies a short while ago; adding the cost of their individual memberships to my existing one is prohibitive, as is the expenditure for each of them on their own. It would be great if you could inform us on any plans in this regard.
