When recording a run, allow display of the live run pace (min/km or min/mile) and average run pace across the whole activity.  As a Strava Subscriber, I can only see the average pace within a split (mile or km). This is very strange because: Free athletes can view the total average pace while Strava Subscribers cannot. This is actually much more useful to know if you are on track to meet a target time in a race. You can view speed in km/h or mph by recording as a ride first show here (https://www.reddit.com/r/Strava/comments/d27faz/how_to_show_current_running_pace_or_speed_in/) which is easy to convert into running pace from a programming perspective, but very difficult to convert to the more common running pace during a race. You cannot gauge your pace during intervals shorter than a single split - live run pace would allow me to see how fast I am for 200m, 300m, 400m intense intervals for example. However Strava is a social app, i’d like the app to open up on the “You”-tab. Maybe an idea to add this as a settings option for paying members? Using Strava as a logbook is the reason why I started using it in the first place. It has great analysis features and overview. I think a Strava Swag Shop will be a great feature for Strava.  This is important because: Athletes want to purchase Strava Swag Athletes can buy Strava-branded racing gear -- socks, shirts, racing singlets, sunglasses, hats, helmets, jerseys, towels, water bottles, soccer balls, puffed up strava stripes logo, strava snowboards, orange stripe adidas nike asics x strava shoes, garmin x strava sports watch, garmin x strava heart rate monitors. Strava can make money like all the fitness brands and gyms do by selling their own gear or partnering with other brands that make the gear. I read the announcement of the upcoming "Family Plan" subscription option and wondered if there would be interest and feasibility for a larger type of plan that could be a "Club Plan" of sorts that would allow members of a club to get a volume discount on subscription if they're members of a club. I'm a Strava subscriber and I use my subscription to track multiple monthly distance goals (running, cycling, and swimming). I also have an Android phone. I would love to have a widget on my phone's home screen that shows me at a glance where I stand on all three of my goals - essentially, this section of the app:  The one existing widget available for Android only shows weekly progress, only shows one sport, and does not seem to be customizable.   ... I've been a subscriber for quite a while, but aside from supporting an app I really enjoy, don't really use any paid feature or enjoy any benefit from it. One that I liked the idea of is group challenges, but it seems so bodged by Strava that it is pointless. Firstly quick and to the point, put it on the website. A lot of people don't use the app very often, why is the web platform missing so much basic functionality from the app?? Now the real request. Please make group challenges more useful by allowing non subscribers to participate. The 3 challenge limit is pointless and it's not going to encourage anyone to subscribe, it's just going to discourage subscribers from bothering to use this feature that they are paying for. Fair enough, don't let non subscribers create their challenges, but let them participate and engage with the platform. I don't create challenges because my friends would quickly be unable to use them anyways. Get people more engages by letting them to participate and they may feel like subscribing. Strava should add an immediate cap so users cannot follow new athletes above the limit unless they first unfollow athletes. (Yes, I agree 2,000 accounts are a lot. Yes, I should have unfollowed some athletes sooner. But, why are we allowed to go above 2,000 if that is the limit?)  The issue is that the sudden decrease in accounts I follow creates a bad user experience.  Just today I noticed my family and friends were automatically unfollowed. My cousins who are new to Strava this month and new friends I made over past years may have seen this and wondered why I unfollowed them. I texted them when I noticed and explained why I had to request a refollow.  Ultimately, I don't even know who I lost above the 2,000 because it looks like I lost friends I had added two years ago arbitrarily.  If Strava caps it at 2,000 athletes, Strava should stop me from following more athletes unless I first unfollow some athletes. When it allows me to go above 2,000 limit and it automatically purges accounts on an arbitrary date in the future, this creates a bad user experience. This requires me to explain what happened to family and friends.  Please don't let us go above 2,000 athletes limit if it is the rule. Some context: I've subscribed to STRAVA mostly for the ability to get a training plan as I was a bit lost on how to prepare for a half-marathon. The training plan is great but it totally get any information, you've already got paces, heart rate from all my previous run. I'd like to get a more personnalized experience, give me training session whith precise goals, how long should I run, at which pace, This would be even more beneficial while doing split intervals ! When riding with my iPhone mounted on my stem with the screen on so I can see my progress during a segment/whole lap (love chasing the green/red), it would be ideal to hide the STOP button on the screen so my sweat or even an errant swipe doesn’t accidentally pause or legit STOP you ride.  As you can guess it’s happened plenty enough to warrant an idea to literally hide the button and have it only appear if you tap or “hide” the race screen.  ... Hey all, Although not really a 'cool idea', I think it would be very useful for runners with a Strava subscription to also have access to a range of preparatory/off-season training plans, such as base building plans for various mileages. The way the training plans are currently available right on Strava, have a starting date based on the race day, and are delivered every single day to your inbox is immensely helpful (and I know, they're not integrated into Strava which is unfortunate, but they're very handy nonetheless). I PRed in my 10K by 5 minutes thanks to these training plans, so I'm very in favour of them. That's just my view on the matter.
