Please add unicycling as a sport

• Unicycling is vastly different from regular cycling as the speed in general is much lower on a unicycle. Thus the resulting data gathered from an activity on a unicycle is not comparable to a normal ride.

I've used strava for years, I unicycle now and record my rides as a cyclist, which makes me look really slow and can't travel far compared to cycling 50 kays or so. would love to add unicycling so I don't have to keep explaining myself when I post my ride.

Hey @Scout and @Jane and any other moderators,

This idea has been in the "gathering kudos" state for 17 months. It has collected a significant number of kudos in that time. Does Strava have any feedback? It doesn't feel like unicyclists are being listened to. We may be a small community but that doesn't mean we aren't serious about our athleticism. Please don't discount unicycling out of hand.

Other ideas that include unicycling have also been proposed. I'm aware of Restructure Activities to allow subdisciplines as well.

What are the challenges to implementing this? Is there anything that someone from the unicycling community can help with?

Passionate requests that get lost in the void is not a great customer experience.
