Besides recording my road cycling rides I use the Strava app for recording my workouts on the Concept 2 Rowing ERG machine. The import of Concept 2 data is flawless and I am very pleased with the integration. It works great for straight through distance or time sessions.
My suggestion concerns the import of interval training stats. In the rowing community there are very often "power" sessions with say 8 x 1000m with 3min rest at 160 watts (on C2 ERG). Other interval patterns are common too. The workout analysis lumps all the data and gives a total avg for exerted power... kind of a let down to see your wattage avg be downgraded to 103 avg... LOL
I can see the true effort in the C2 ERG application so its not lost for my analysis but it would be nice if Strava could "read the workout pattern" from the C2 ERG like it does with the data and interpret the data correctly.
