I've noticed community photos appearing by default in my personal heatmap, with no way of turning them off. Include them in the Global heatmap but I don't need to see them in my personal heatmap. Thanks.
Have to agree on this one. I can understand if some people want them for inspiration etc. but the photos do clutter up the map and can be annoying at times. A simple setting to allow users to turn them off would be helpful.
Just found this on Reddit:
The option now appears to have been added. On the bottom left of the heatmap, click on the multiple layer icon. A dialog will then be shown, then deselect "community photos".
It worked but oddly the community photos were replaced with my own photos I had previously posted on Strava. To remove these click on "my heatmap" at the top of the page and deselect "Show Your Photos and Videos". The map is then totally free of photos!
