What is HM? Is this really a Strava question?

If you need assistance with your account, please submit a support ticket and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
That sounds like someting you would need to talk to the event organizer about. Strava does not put on races.
In most cases, races do not give refunds. That is usually clearly stated right up front when you register.
