My mobile strava app is not syncing with the strava website

The acitivties that I record via my Strava app are not synced with the Strava website (only my bike ride of last week) the fitness activity and walking activities are not synced. 

This also causes troubles with the connection to Garmin.

Does anyone know this problem and found a solution yet?
